We have the perception of seeing events unfold in front of our eyes, but in fact, that ability to see is merely the light from that situation entering our light sensory organs. Similarly, the sound of something is actually that energy striking our.audio sensory organs. Do you see where I'm going? In fact, our entire experience occurs within our bodies. Why would the truth be anywhere else?

One thing that helps me with seeing the truth is stillness and reflection. I ensure that I've looked at the situation from all sides I am aware of. I call this being empathetic.
